You may feel stuck in patterns that keep repeating in your relationships, your sense of self, or the way you respond to life’s challenges. Early experiences, attachment patterns, and intergenerational trauma can shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often in ways we may not fully understand. I work with individuals and couples to explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating space for greater self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change.

Treatment Approach
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Somatic Therapy Helps clients notice how emotions are stored in the body. It uses breath, movement, and awareness for healing trauma and stress.
Approach Description: My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic approaches, and attachment-based therapy. I believe that many of the ways we cope today developed as responses to important life experiences. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions, and create meaningful change.

My approach is grounded in the belief that many of the ways we cope today developed for an important reason. The patterns we experience in our relationships, emotions, and sense of self often began as ways of adapting to earlier experiences, relationships, and environments.
Together, we explore the experiences, protective patterns, and beliefs that have shaped your life with curiosity, compassion, and understanding. Rather than viewing these patterns as something to eliminate, therapy offers an opportunity to understand their purpose, heal the underlying wounds, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and somatic approaches to support deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and meaningful change. For couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners understand the cycles that create disconnection, strengthen emotional responsiveness, and build more secure relationships.
My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, develop greater self-compassion, and move toward a more authentic and connected life.
