I work with adult men who feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected from themselves, often after years of carrying responsibility, stress, or unresolved trauma alone. Many of the men I see have learned to keep pushing forward without stopping to reflect. As a U.S. Army combat veteran, I understand that mindset firsthand. Over time, this can lead to emotional numbness, irritability, and a loss of direction or purpose.
My approach is grounded in honesty, accountability, and reflection. I help clients step out of autopilot and take a more intentional role in their lives. Together, we explore how past experiences and identity shape present struggles, and what it means to move forward with clarity and self-responsibility. I specialize in working with men navigating purpose, identity, stress, trauma, and emotional disconnection.
What you are experiencing is not a personal failure. It is often a signal that something important is asking for your attention. In our work, we slow things down, make sense of what is beneath the surface, and decide how you want to live. If you are ready to understand yourself more deeply and take ownership of your direction, I invite you to reach out.

Treatment Approach
- Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) A trauma-focused therapy that uses eye movements and imagery to help the brain reframe distressing memories. It often leads to quicker relief from symptoms compared to traditional talk therapy.
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
Approach Description: I take an eclectic, holistic, and philosophical approach. My work is person-centered and psychodynamic, focused on understanding you as a whole person. For trauma, I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Written Exposure Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. Sessions are reflective, always centered on your felt experience, and tailored to your needs.
