With a decade and a half of counselling experience, I am honored to provide professional guidance and support to individuals facing a wide range of mental health issues and problems of life. If you are in the midst of change, I also have a wealth of experience personally and professionally with life and career transitions, and would love to help! As a breast cancer survivor, and seasoned provider of crisis and post-trauma support, I work from experience in helping individuals in crisis or facing medical treatments or chronic illness. Most importantly, my approach to therapy and life coaching is person-centred and solution-focused. It is one of trusting that my clients are the true experts of their own life, and that my role is to use curiosity, exploration and the right questions to draw out the personal wisdom that resides within each of us.
