Hello, my name is Rosetta and in last 30 years I have had extensive experience of working with children, adolescents, families and autistic individuals of all ages. I am a neuro affirming registered psychotherapist, and I identify as neurodivergent myself. I run a private practice Just Be You Therapy and I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy treatment sessions, one-to-one with individuals and families as parent sessions. My ongoing work has included: ASD, ADHD, OCD, Childhood Trauma, Attachment, Transgender Teens, 2SLGBTQI+, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Dysmorphia, Social & Emotional Regulation, Communication, & Relationship Skills, Learning Disabilities, and Executive Functioning Skills. I use a personalized approach with each individual and family, psychodynamic psychotherapy, the use of assessment tools, individual interviews, child developmental and adult history, attachment theories, relational theory, sensorimotor activities, play-based therapy, art-based therapy, visuals, cognitive behavior therapy, compassionate and mindfulness techniques. I have a holistic and inclusive approach and work with different modalities that is unique to individuals and families that I serve.
