Coaching is an intimate and transformative process that supports self-discovery and personal and professional development. Our work together will be enhanced by tools like the IEQ9 Enneagram Personality Assessment and my training as a teacher of Mindfulness and Self Compassion (MSC). I draw upon the research of Dr. Brené Brown, including her Daring Way™, Rising Strong™ and Dare to Lead™ curricula. And my study as a Buddhist Chaplain, trained with Upaya Zen Center informs my practice.
