Counselling is a way to work through issues such as reduced emotional and physical connection due to strained communication and increased conflict, infidelity, workplace conflict/bullying, recent separation or divorce, or an inability to find a suitable partner. Through our work together, you will learn how to effectively manage your stress and triggers. We will dig into the root issues of anger, fear, depression, anxiety, lack of self esteem, and trauma in order to assist you with achieving a full and meaningful life.
My office is located at the corner of Richmond and Piccadilly Streets, London, Ontario. There is City of London parking across the streest off of Piccadilly. There is also free, two-hour parking on St. George and Ann Streets about one block from the office.
