Hailey Siebold
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA, LPCC
Relationships can be a profound source of connection and meaning - and also a place where old wounds, unmet needs, and painful patterns emerge. In relationship counseling, I work with couples and relationship constellations to help identify recurring dynamics, strengthen communication, and repair emotional ruptures.
Using attachment-based, relational, and evidence-informed approaches, I support partners in learning how to listen, respond, and show up for one another with greater clarity and care. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or seeking deeper intimacy, therapy can offer a structured, supportive space to move toward healthier, more connected relationships.

Dr. Megan Marks
Psychologist, PhD
Even strong relationships can get stuck. You may find yourselves having the same argument on repeat, feeling more like roommates than partners, or struggling to communicate without shutting down or blowing up. Whether you're navigating a major life transition, healing from a rupture, or simply trying to feel closer again, relationship counseling can help.
At The Momentum Practice, I work with couples and individuals to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and move through conflict with more care and clarity. I also offer pre-marital counseling to support couples in building a strong foundation for partnership. I welcome all relationship structures—married, partnered, dating, LGBTQ+, monogamous, poly, or somewhere in between—and provide a nonjudgmental space for the real-life complexities of love, including identity shifts, parenting stress, and differing needs for closeness and independence.
My work is informed by Gottman principles, Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), all grounded in practical, evidence-based tools. I also specialize in supporting neurodivergent couples and relationships where one or both partners are navigating ADHD or anxiety. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that keep you feeling disconnected, strengthen your relational resilience, and build tools that support both connection and self-understanding.
With over 15 years of experience, I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where both partners can feel seen, supported, and equipped—whether you're working to reconnect or seeking clarity about your next steps. Let’s work together to move your relationship toward more meaning, ease, and connection. Contact me for a free 15 minute consultation!

Natalie Stemati
Psychologist, Psy.D.
I offer couples counseling for married and non-married couples alike to help repair, restore, and/or build a more adaptive relationship. I also work with individual relationship concerns as we work to understand some of the patterns that create distress when relating with others. For example, do you find yourself enduring the same pattern of conflict, fear of rejection, and consistent breakups in your relationships with partners? We can work to understand this pattern. I also work with sexual concerns.

Keri Signoracci
Counselor/Therapist, MA, LPCC
I work with couples who feel stuck in repeating cycles of conflict, distance, or emotional confusion. Rather than focusing only on communication strategies, my approach looks at the deeper attachment patterns and unspoken dynamics that shape how partners respond to one another under stress. The goal is greater emotional clarity, accountability, and a more honest understanding of what’s happening beneath the surface of the relationship.

Relationships can bring great meaning to our lives, but they can also become strained by conflict, miscommunication, or painful patterns that repeat over time. In therapy we explore the emotional and relational dynamics that shape these patterns, helping partners better understand both themselves and one another. As this understanding deepens, many couples begin to experience greater clarity, renewed connection, and a deeper sense of true partnership.

Are you tired of fighting with your partner and frustrated with not getting your needs met?
These Often Leads To:
Infidelity – one of the partners being sexual outside the relationship
Financial Issues – couples with trouble communicating often don’t talk about money
Sexual Difficulties – struggling to connect sexually or getting your sexual needs met.
Intimacy Issues – Not feeling emotionally connected with your partner
Relationship issues happen because your needs or the needs of the other person are not getting met.
The key to resolving relationship issues starts with both of you getting your needs met.
I help clients do this in 4 steps:
1. Get familiar with your emotions, for example, happiness, sadness, anger and fear.
Your emotions are information that tell you how you’re doing and whether or not your needs are being met.
2. Get familiar with your needs. What is it you’re needing? Is it more communication? Integrity? Consideration? Support? Etc.
3. Ask for what you want. Once you know what you need, ask for what you want. Be as specific as possible. Your partner can’t read your mind so it’s often helpful if you’re direct about what you want.
4. Connect more deeply with your partner. Once you get clear on your feelings and needs, it becomes much easier to empathize and understand your partners feelings and needs more and more.
You can then ask them how you can help them meet their needs, and support them.
Following these 4 steps allows partners in a relationship to come back together in connection and understanding.
When we see that we both have feelings and needs, and how we can help each other meet our needs, we can move through conflict and come back into healthy relationship with each other.
