Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve already done work and want to go deeper. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space to sort through what feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care, but always tailored to what you need most. I work with adults carrying the weight of childhood neglect or trauma, as well as those navigating stress in parenting, relationships, or work. Along the way, we focus on building clarity, connection, and trust so change feels possible—and lasting.
