Weston Pew
Licensed Professional Counselor, LMHC, LCPC
Men today find themselves in a liminal space where traditional ideas of masculinity no longer resonate, leading to feelings of confusion, isolation, and frustration. The outdated expectations of strength, stoicism, and self-reliance often fail to capture the complexities of modern life, contributing to mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, and substance abuse, with many men reluctant to seek help. My holistic approach to men's work integrates Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Inquiry, and Spiritual/Existential Inquiry to help men explore, heal, and redefine their masculinity. This journey allows for a deeper understanding of internal conflicts, emotional resilience, and a more authentic connection to self and others. Through this work, men can reclaim their identity, break free from limiting beliefs, and cultivate a healthier, more fulfilling expression of manhood. Philadelphia Couples Therapy
Psychologist, PsyD
In many societies and cultures, men have been conditioned to believe that voicing or showing their emotions equates to a lack of control or power. In other words, men have come to expect that when they authentically display their emotions, they must be weak or something must be “wrong.” Largely, this is due to very real social pressures and repercussions where boys, teens, and adult men are shamed by being bullied, targeted, or physically hurt. As such, these instances can lead to some men feeling as though they are less masculline or are not fulfilling their expected gender role. Therefore, it is crucial to understand that the way men operate is inherently different from women, not because of their gender, but because their behaviors are a byproduct of a system that has reinforced oftentimes ineffective and/or damaging strategies of emotional display to combat real or imagined shame (i.e., physical violence, aggression, name-calling, shutting down, etc.). Instead, what we hope to provide at PCT is a new space in which men are able to safely explore themselves without fear of judgment. Thus, leading to the understanding that a man’s emotional responses to internal and external experiences are a human process, not one that is solely based on gender or gender role expectations.
More often than not, when men enter therapy, much of the work centers around learning how and why they learned to cope with difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Most importantly, though, men are given a space to authentically “be” in a way that society does not always permit. They are able to speak without fear of judgment and think with a renowned sense of emotional awareness. It is this process that ultimately brings men the most fulfillment in their relationships. When we teach men that they are allowed to feel and communicate the emotions that are inherent to every human being, we give them the tools to see a world that they did not previously have access to. In other words, therapy gives men the permission to be the fullest version of themselves for themselves and for those around them.

Clear Path Counseling and Wellness Center
Licensed Professional Counselor, MA. LPC
Brad provides trauma-informed counseling for men’s issues, including stress, anxiety, anger, relationship challenges, emotional disconnection, low motivation, identity concerns, and difficulty navigating life transitions, work pressures, and family responsibilities. Many men seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, isolated, or unsure how to manage emotions while maintaining healthy relationships and a strong sense of self.
Brad takes a holistic and supportive approach to men’s mental health, helping clients develop emotional awareness, resilience, and healthier coping strategies without judgment. Therapy provides a private, respectful space where men can openly address personal struggles, relationship challenges, past experiences, and emotional patterns that may be impacting their well-being.
As an experienced trauma therapist and EMDR therapist, Brad integrates EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), trauma-informed counseling, emotional regulation skills, and holistic therapeutic approaches to help clients process unresolved trauma, reduce emotional reactivity, and build healthier patterns of thinking, feeling, and relating. The focus is on creating lasting emotional stability, improved communication, and stronger personal and relational functioning.
Brad understands that many men feel pressure to “handle things alone” or suppress emotions, which can lead to increased stress, disconnection, or unhealthy coping patterns over time. Therapy offers a different path—one that supports emotional strength, clarity, and growth while maintaining a grounded and practical approach to real-life challenges.
Therapy is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to each client’s needs and goals. No topic is off limits, and clients are encouraged to explore whatever is impacting their emotional health, relationships, or sense of purpose.
The goal is to help men build healthier relationships, stronger emotional regulation, and a more balanced and fulfilling life rooted in authenticity, confidence, and emotional well-being.

Men face many challenges in reaching out for help and seeking therapy. Men are more likely to tell others they are fine out of fear and concern of being judged or viewed as weak. Men may also want to avoid feeling like a burden to loved ones, friends, and family. Men can minimize or not recognize their own challenges or difficulties which can result in them bottling up or avoidance. Men are often more likely to externalize emotional pain or mental health issues by showing anger and engaging in high-risk behaviors. All of these factors can negatively impact the mental health and well-being of men. It doesn't have to be like this. Therapy can help you find better ways to cope with the difficulties in your life.

Hypnotherapist, CHt (Certified Hypnotherapist)
High-performing men rarely struggle with what they appear to struggle with. The anger, the emotional shutdown, the sabotaged relationships those are symptoms of a deeper identity structure running in the background. I work with men to identify the specific subconscious programming driving these patterns and replace it. Not talk therapy. Not venting. Identity-level reprogramming that changes how you show up in every room.

Julie Cochrane - Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Therapist
Hypnotherapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, RTT-T, Rewind Therapy Practitioner, Integration Coaching
Many of the men I work with are competent and successful on the outside while carrying something heavier on the inside. Imposter syndrome that no amount of achievement quiets. Anger that surfaces in the wrong places. Pressure to provide that has become a quiet weight. Patterns around emotion that were learned in boyhood and never updated. RTT works directly with the subconscious beliefs that drive these patterns, often laid down decades earlier and still running in the background. The work is practical and direct. You do not need to perform vulnerability or talk for hours. You need to find what is actually running underneath, see it clearly and update it.

Marc Feinberg
Pastoral Counselor/Therapist, CBC
Being a man in today’s world isn’t easy. You’re expected to be strong, yet silent — successful, yet never vulnerable. But true strength isn’t about suppressing emotion; it’s about having the courage to face it. Many men carry silent battles — shame, anger, loneliness, or the pressure to perform — without ever feeling truly seen. Healing begins when you stop running from your pain and start reclaiming your purpose. Through truth, forgiveness, and love, you can rediscover your identity, rebuild your confidence, and lead from a place of freedom. You’re not broken — you’re becoming who you were meant to be.

Whether you are navigating the pressures of fatherhood, career stress, or the isolation that often comes with modern manhood, we help you build a version of masculinity that is rooted in congruence rather than performance.

Jordan Dye - Prepared Acceptance
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, EMT
In many high-pressure professions, the traditional standard for men’s issues is to remain stoic, silent, and self-reliant, regardless of the cost. This "armor" is often necessary for the job, but it can become a barrier to genuine connection and mental clarity in your personal life. Having served in the National Guard and worked as an EMT, I understand the unique pressure men feel to be the provider and the protector while suppressing their own exhaustion or anxiety. My approach is direct and collaborative, providing a space where we skip the fluff and get to the root of the challenges you’re facing. We work to refine your strengths so that you can lead and serve effectively without losing your sense of self or your relationships in the process.

Our culture demands a limited kind of masculinity from men, telling them not to display their tender emotions, not to cry, and not to ask for help. It is important for men to feel their deepest feelings in the safe space therapy can provide.
