I am certified by PSYPACT for Interjurisdictional (Interstate) Telepsychology practice. I use HIPAA-compliant secure video conferencing, and most testing can be performed online as well. I have found that a video conference, in which masks are not needed, allow us to make more real connections than mask-to-mask in the office. Facial expressions can be read and responded to much more effectively in video conference, compared to wearing masks.

Psychologist, PhD, LP
You may be the person everyone depends on. The one who performs, leads, manages, and keeps going no matter what. From the outside, you look capable and composed. But inside, you feel exhausted, anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unable to sleep. What used to feel manageable now feels impossible. You are tired of white-knuckling your way through a life that looks successful on paper, but feels unsustainable in reality. I’m Dr. Gayle MacBride, a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience. I work with high-achieving adults navigating burnout, insomnia, relationship strain, trauma, and relentless internal pressure. Many of my clients have already tried pushing through on their own. They are not looking for generic advice or passive therapy. They want experienced, evidence-based care that is practical, strategic, and built for meaningful change. My approach is direct, compassionate, and active. We identify what is driving the distress, define clear goals, and use a structured plan to help you move forward. Depending on your needs, I draw from CBT for anxiety and depression, CBT-I for insomnia, Prolonged Exposure and CPT for trauma, and Gottman-informed skills for relationship concerns. For couples who feel unsure whether to stay together, separate, or recommit, I also offer Discernment Counseling. This is therapy designed to help you sleep better, think more clearly, feel more grounded, and function in a way that is effective and sustainable. I offer telehealth for clients in 40+ states, and in-person visits for people in the Southern Metro of Minneapolis. If you are ready to stop performing wellness and start making real changes, I’m here to help.

Dr. Meghan Miller

Psychologist, PsyD, LP
I work with high-achieving women, busy parents, and athletes who are carrying a lot and often doing it quietly. Many of the people I support are successful on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, stretched, or disconnected on the inside. My work helps them slow things down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and find a steadier way forward. I support high-achieving women who are navigating leadership pressure, perfectionism, and burnout, helping them sustain success without losing themselves in the process. I work with parents who are balancing the invisible stress of family life and want to feel more grounded, confident, and connected as they raise children in today’s fast-paced, high-expectation world. I also work with athletes and the parents who support them, helping them navigate performance anxiety, identity questions, and the emotional weight that can come with competitive sport. Across all of this work, I bring the perspective of a licensed psychologist, executive leader, and former athlete and coach. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in both research and real life. Therapy is a space to feel understood, build resilience, and move forward with greater sustainability, clarity, and confidence.

Asking for help is challenging enough, and I believe that the online format removes some of the other stressors normally associated with beginning therapy. One of the most important "ingredients" for success in therapy is feeling comfortable in the therapy setting. With online therapy, clients enjoy the convenience of meeting with me from wherever they feel most comfortable. Online therapy also eliminates the need for a commute to an office or sitting in a waiting area. With some of the stress eliminated, we can really get to work!

Telehealth psychology support for life adjustments, trauma, relationships, and body issues. With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home and have continuity of care when you travel. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. You may be located abroad or be a professional who travels, telehealth allows you to get the support and resources and meet you where your life is at. While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions. I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting. Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be. If you are not tech-savvy or anxious about using technology, I'll make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use, and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns. A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children, and/or family members or roommates. Please plan this out in advance so you have quiet and privacy during your session. Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session. Headphones or AirPods can often make audio clearer or provide more privacy, but are not necessary. Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, connect from wherever you may be, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are. You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Scheduling at AYC is easy - schedule an intake as soon as next week! The exploration of your true self, despite the challenges you have to overcome, is the ultimate goal of therapy. I believe one of the greatest grievances is living an inauthentic life with who you are. Regardless of what you’ve been through, if something is stopping you from living your truth - if fear prevents you from engaging in life the way you want or you are attempting to live up to some societal or personal expectation so far out of reach it hurts - If something is preventing you from living your fullest life, you can make a difference! I want to help you reach your fullest potential according to your personal truth, values and beliefs. If we embark on this journey together, you will be the driver. I will simply help you see the different paths to reaching your end goal. In the end, you must be true to yourself in choosing the path you wish to take - or none at all. Finding your truth sometimes means making a decision about whether or not to live your full truth. We can work together to help you explore your options to make the right choice for You. Online therapy doesn’t have to feel distant or impersonal. In fact, my clients often tell me our virtual sessions feel just as warm, authentic, and deeply connected as if we were sitting in the same room. I specialize in helping healthcare providers, executives, and high-achieving professionals who feel burned out, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed—especially folks who’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else they’ve lost touch with themselves. My approach combines evidence-based behavioral science, genuine empathy, and practical strategies designed specifically for your unique challenges and goals. The COVID crisis struck near the end of my formal training, which afforded me the opportunity to extensively train in the delivery of quality therapy using virtual technologies. I am proud to have built a practice from the ground up in which I am equally comfortable and effective in person and on video, and I have worked with clients from every corner of the country. Whether you are down the street or hundreds of miles away, trust that you will feel the same warmth, connection, and attention from me over video as you would face-to-face. Salvadore Coaching LLC

Life Coach, Holistic Life Coach, Certified Breathwork Instructor, Certified Hypnotist
It's not the speed in life, it's the acceleration. The question isn't if we all experience anxiety in life. We do. The question is: how are we relating to that anxiety? I work with both individuals and couples on this, as well as relationship conflicts they may be experiencing, and on life transitions. Sometimes, we can feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional reactivity, or self-doubt, even when things appear stable on the outside. We work together to identify patterns, build healthier communication skills, and develop practical tools to reduce or reframe anxiety and increase emotional resilience. As a holistic life coach, I incorporate therapeutic dialogue, mindfulness, breathwork, and hypnosis to support regulation within the nervous system and lasting change. I offer a steady, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down - decelerate - gain clarity, and move toward more grounded, connected ways of living. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and sensitive to cultural and immigrant experiences.
