Wendy Jensen LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Hypnotherapist, Diplomate Comprehensive Energy Psychology
My initiation into healing arts probably began as a child when I was blessed with experiencing a variety of paranormal events that helped me to learn and trust clairaudient and clairvoyant communication with spirit.
My formal initiation began in 1996 in Portland, Oregon when I began studying Shamanic Healing though the Foundation For Shamanic Studies. I have trained with Sandra Ingerman in Soul Retrieval techniques and with several shamanic practitioners incorporating the healing energies of nature, doing divination work and teaching others to learn to do shamanic journey work.
In 1998, I began training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). It was here, that I really began to understand how the body stores traumatic material subconsciously, that the physical body can manifest that stored material in physical and emotional disease and that the body can release that stored memory and it’s subsequent effects given the opportunity and assistance with proper techniques.
In 1999, Wendy began training in Dynamic Energetic Healing™, a powerful protocol that encompasses a variety of healing modalities drawn from the Energy Psychology field. Energetic Healing focuses on helping clients to identify negative emotions, limiting beliefs and old traumas held in the energetic pathways of the body, explore the origins or root causes of these disturbances that may have occurred in current or past life or carried through on an ancestral linage and then release them.
Since then I have studied and certified in a variety of Energy Pyschology techniques such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Tapas Accupressure Technique, Healing from the Body Level Up, and many more. I am a Diplomate in Comprehensive Energy Psychology since 2004.
In 2006 Wendy completed a 2 year intensive training with the Wellness Institute in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy. And in 2019, she completed the Essentials training in RIM (Regenerating Images in Memory) These trainings utilize the clients wise intuitive self along with guided prompts from the therapist to bring into consciousness, then clear and heal the past trauma memories still carried in the mind and body.
I holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology, a Master of Science degree in Social Work, Certifcations in Hypnotherapy and Energy Psychology and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been in private practice since 1995.
Since Covid-19 arrived in March 2020, I have held all session remotely via Zoom or Phone and has found teletherapy to be widely used, accepted and actually preferred by many of my cllents who report that they are able to do even deeper work from the safety of their own homes and not have to compartmentalize or shut off the deep work in order to go out and drive back home or to their workplace.

Meghan Hanes
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I specialize in helping high-functioning women who are successful, capable, and often the ones everyone else relies on—but who privately struggle with anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, or using alcohol and other coping strategies to manage the pressure. Many of my clients have spent years pushing through, taking care of others, and telling themselves they should be able to handle it on their own, only to find themselves exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can't seem to change despite understanding them.
My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your symptoms and coping strategies make sense in the context of your experiences. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and client-centered approaches to help you better understand the underlying patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy with me is a calm, supportive space where you can be honest, feel understood, and explore difficult experiences without judgment. Along the way, I'll bring compassion, curiosity, practical tools, and occasionally a little humor, while gently challenging you to move beyond survival mode and create a life that feels more connected, balanced, and authentic.

As your therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate counseling services in a warm, friendly environment that will help you find a sense of balance and hope for your life and relationships. I combine understanding with practical steps for moving forward in life. I will work as a facilitator to help you identify your goals, develop inner strengths and learn new skills that can help you achieve personal growth and increased well-being. As physical, mental and spiritual beings, I believe all of us are changing and growing throughout our lives. At times, we can feel as though we are treading water or running in place. Participating in counseling can help you work through the stuck places in life as you cultivate hope, personal growth and increased authenticity.
Life can be conceptualized as a journey rather than a single destination but at times, it can be difficult to see beyond a particular loss, crisis or situation. I will work with you as a collaborative partner to help you view your areas of difficulty from a different vantage point. I will come alongside you and assist you as you develop new paths to achieve your goals. I have experience with many therapeutic approaches and will tailor our work together to fit your challenges as well as your unique strengths and circumstances. Together we will work to bring about healing and renewed hope for your present and future.

Layla Ashley Psychotherapy
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
Many couples struggle when conflict keeps repeating or one partner feels unseen, and distance grows even when both care deeply. In online sessions, I help partners slow down these patterns, recognize what’s happening beneath the surface, and build the skills to stay emotionally connected. Through attachment‑based and trauma‑informed practices, I guide couples toward communication that is safe, honest, and repair-focused, even when stress or past wounds are present. Online therapy can be a convenient, contained space to explore challenges together without the distractions of daily life.
