I have found that clients adapt rapidly to the online process, and almost everything done in an office can be accomplished. The convenience of this approach is attractive to most clients. There are, however, limitations to online versus a live setting.
The ability to observe and interact in an office provides a much more informative and in-depth connection, and the options for therapeutic physical exercises. As much of my work is based on carefully observing and hearing useful nuances in an individuals behavior - how the information I gain from your body, especially eyes, and voice, can often be more important than just what you are saying.
In either case therapy can be done effectively online and in the office, and it is up to my skills as a therapist to collaboratively create effective sessions with you.
