Move Toward Healing and Growth
Are you ready to move forward and create real change in your life? Therapy offers the space to heal, gain insight, and build the confidence to live more fully. Together, we’ll work to release the pain and patterns that have kept you stuck, so you can develop a stronger, happier, and more grounded version of yourself.
Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—especially when old wounds continue to echo in the present. Unresolved childhood experiences can show up as anxiety, depression, addiction, or struggles in relationships. When your emotional or physical needs weren’t met early on, it can leave lasting imprints of fear, shame, or powerlessness.
I deeply understand how this feels. My own journey of healing and professional training have given me both empathy and the tools to guide others through their own process of recovery and growth.
You don’t have to carry the past alone. Together, we can help you reconnect with your strength, release old pain, and step into the life you were meant to live.

Jordan Dye - Prepared Acceptance
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, EMT
As a helper and caregiver, you’re used to being the expert, the fixer, and the emotional anchor for everyone else. But carrying that weight comes with a specific kind of exhaustion. Maybe you are dealing with burnout that "self-care" can’t fix, or perhaps you’re realizing that the very drive that made you successful is now making it impossible to turn your brain off.
You don’t need someone to just nod and ask how that makes you feel. You need a therapist who understands the nuances of professional burnout, the burden of leadership, and the complexity of maintaining a high-functioning public persona while feeling depleted behind the scenes.
My approach is direct and no-nonsense. We aren't going to spend weeks circling the drain; we’re going to identify the patterns that are stalling you and get to work. I provide a confidential, intellectually rigorous space where you can stop performing and start processing.

Celeste Tomasulo
Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
Many of my clients come to me struggling with depression or anxiety in response to trauma, an unstable childhood, or illness. Others are having difficulty setting boundaries and expressing their needs. During our initial sessions, we will explore who you are as a whole person, putting together the pieces of the puzzle that make you, you. Many of my clients have had success in exploring the root causes of their issues and decreasing the intensity of overwhelming thoughts and emotions. I have a particular interest in how attachment and events in our childhoods go on to shape how we view the world.

Heather Moulton with Beacon Therapy of Utah
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
I’m a compassionate and nonjudgmental therapist dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive space where clients can explore their experiences and work toward healing and growth. I work with teens and adults, including seniors, offering individual therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, life and faith transitions, women’s issues, LGBTQ+ concerns, and other identity-related challenges.
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity. I believe therapy is a partnership—one where we work together to uncover strengths, navigate challenges, and foster deeper self-understanding. I bring that same authenticity and curiosity to my online practice, ensuring that the technology serves only to enhance our connection rather than distract from it. My virtual office is designed to be a secure and intimate setting where the screen quickly fades away, leaving a genuine human partnership dedicated entirely to your growth.
Outside of my work, I find renewal in nature, whether it’s hiking a quiet trail or pausing to take in a sunset. I’m also drawn to creative expression and lifelong learning, often spending time playing guitar, writing songs or poetry, and exploring educational series that expand how I see the world.

Sumer Statler Aeed
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
Telehealth psychology support for life adjustments, trauma, relationships, and body issues. With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home and have continuity of care when you travel. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. You may be located abroad or be a professional who travels, telehealth allows you to get the support and resources and meet you where your life is at.
While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions.
I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting.
Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be.
If you are not tech-savvy or anxious about using technology, I'll make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use, and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children, and/or family members or roommates. Please plan this out in advance so you have quiet and privacy during your session.
Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session.
Headphones or AirPods can often make audio clearer or provide more privacy, but are not necessary.
Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, connect from wherever you may be, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are.
You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.
