I am a Holistic Counselor. I see individuals and couples. My specialty is Relationship Healing and Self-Care. When I completed my Master's at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology we studied the four different Wisdom Traditions. I respect and honor whatever your spiritual path may be, or not. My goal is to offer you a safe non-judgmental sacred space (time) to share your current challenges and allow me to hold your hand as we walk the path back to healing of Mind, Body, Spirit.  

A&R Counseling LLC. is a trauma group practice with extensive experience and training working with individuals who wrestle with substance abuse, experienced trauma, and many other severe, persistent mental illnesses using trauma-based and somatic interventions and holistic healing techniques. A&R Counseling clinical staff members specialize in helping BIPOC and multiracial/multicultural individuals, LGBTQ+, and military/veteran individuals, couples, and families, who have suffered intergenerational and systemic trauma heal and thrive. We treat a myriad of disorders including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, behavioral disorders, trauma, personality disorders, and depression.  

Everyone's journey is different. My perspective on therapy is to connect with the uniqueness of each client and guide them through the difficult seasons of life. We explore the root causes of symptoms to bring healing that is deep and meaningful. My approach is holistic, and we explore the connection between the mind, body and soul.

Hello! We are a behavioral health agency physically located in Canon City, though we serve the entire state of Colorado. We offer in person and telehealth sessions.
