I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with a doctoral degree in psychology. I am licensed (#6854) by the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Additionally, I am a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association. I provide psychological services to the adult client population in-person as well as online through Owlpractice, a virtual platform for providing care virtually.
I follow an integrative treatment approach including Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Intervention includes evidence-based treatment plans and empirically proven techniques. The focus of the treatment is on empowering the client with an adaptive thinking style and more effective coping skills to deal with symptoms and the surrounding environment.
