I have created a unique blend of traditional talk therapy and eastern based modalities that work with the mind, the body and the soul which I call Holistic Psychotherapy. In addition to verbal unpacking of the core issues, I use neural science, visualization and intention to rewire the mind and belief systems that a person may have learned as survival tools in childhood, that no longer work for them in their adult lives and relationships.
