I first heard about TherapyTribe when I started my private practice of counseling and psychotherapy in March of 2022. I really enjoyed being part of the TT community and the people who found me through it were some of my most diverse clients.

I have worked in the field of psychology for 26 years now in various capacities, including group homes for children and community mental health centers; I've acted as the Director of Mental Health at a large urban preschool for many years, and also with people of all ages in private practice. My work in the last 5 years has focused more on trauma/EMDR and nervous system regulation (Polyvagal Theory with Stephen Porges) for adolescents and adults as well as parenting support with a speciality in parenting neurodivergent chilren. I have also spent time supervising both psychology trainees and marriage and family interns. I truly love what I do and am always adding to my professional skills over time.
