While I don't have autism (that I know of), I have worked with many clients with autism, and have received training in applying Internal Family Systems therapy for working with neurodivergent clients. I offer a therapeutic approach that is client-led and course-correcting, in case we ever have any miscommunication. Usually the work I do with autistic clients revolves around processing the ways their neurodivergence has affected their lives and relationships, and to notice the masks they put on to get by. Ultimately, what I care most about is you developing a more positive and trusting relationship with yourself.
