I’m a clinical psychologist who believes therapy works best when it feels thoughtful, collaborative, and genuinely human. I work with adults who may be navigating stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, emotional patterns, questions of identity or direction, or simply a sense that something in their lives is no longer working as well as they would like.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychology, but I do not believe therapy should feel mechanical or overly clinical. I try to understand each person in the context of their experiences, relationships, values, and the ways they have learned to cope with life. Together, we look not only at what is difficult, but also at the patterns underneath those difficulties and the possibilities for responding differently.
I often help clients develop greater self-awareness, tolerate discomfort more effectively, challenge rigid or unhelpful ways of thinking, and make gradual changes that are realistic and sustainable. At the same time, I believe therapy is not simply about fixing problems. It can also be about understanding yourself more deeply, becoming more intentional in how you live, and creating a life that feels more aligned with what matters to you.
My practice is provided entirely through online therapy, allowing me to work with clients from the privacy and convenience of their own space. I currently provide teletherapy to clients in states where I am licensed or authorized to practice through PSYPACT.

Treatment Approach
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Eclectic Therapy Draws from different therapeutic methods based on what fits each client best. It is flexible and personalized rather than following one single model.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Existential / Humanistic Therapy Encourages people to explore meaning, freedom, and authenticity in their lives. It focuses on personal growth and living in alignment with one’s values.
- Experiential Therapy Involves hands-on activities to bring emotions into the present moment. It helps clients process feelings more deeply than through conversation alone.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.
- Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Combines mindfulness practices with CBT to prevent depression relapse. It helps people notice thoughts without judgment and respond more calmly.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) A collaborative, client-centered approach that strengthens motivation for change. It is especially effective for addictions and health behaviors.
- Multicultural Therapy Acknowledges the role of culture, race, and identity in mental health. It values diversity and adapts treatment to each person’s background.
- Narrative Therapy Encourages people to view problems as separate from themselves and reframe their life story. It helps build resilience and self-identity.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
- Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) Helps clients challenge and replace irrational beliefs. It is an action-oriented approach for lasting change.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
