My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and grounded in the deep knowing that healing is possible—because I’ve lived it. Everything I offer is rooted in what has personally helped me heal complex trauma and reconnect with my True Self. I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS) with somatic practices to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to shift out of survival mode. Treatment Approach
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Internal Family Systems (IFS) Helps clients heal by working with different ‘parts’ of themselves, like inner critics or wounded children. It fosters harmony within the self.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself—like the inner critic, people-pleaser, or anxious protector. Rather than trying to get rid of these parts, IFS helps you build a compassionate relationship with them so you can access your True Self—calm, confident, and connected.
Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) is a body-based practice that helps release deep muscular tension and stored trauma by activating the body’s natural shaking mechanism. TRE supports nervous system regulation and can help reduce anxiety, stress, and chronic tension—bringing more ease and grounding into your daily life.

- I have a few spots for reduced rate clients, please inquire if you are curious about this option. I also have some clients that come every 3 weeks or monthly and this has had a very positive impact on their life.

I'm not just a therapist—I’m someone who has walked the path of deep healing. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked for over a decade on the front lines of trauma. I supported women and children in shelters, youth in the foster care system, and individuals navigating addiction and recovery in residential centers. Those years gave me a raw, real understanding of what trauma looks like up close—but it was my own healing journey that brought me here.
I became a counsellor because I needed to heal. My childhood was marked by complex trauma, and though I pursued formal education in counselling, I was disappointed by how disconnected it felt from the depth of what people really experience. I discovered Internal Family Systems (IFS) eight years ago, and it changed everything—personally and professionally. IFS gave me a language, a map, and a compassionate way of relating to myself that no other modality had offered. It’s the foundation of my practice today.
I’m a Level 3 Certified IFS Practitioner, and I also bring in tools from my extensive background in life coaching, Akashic Records, Tension and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), Yoga Nidra, and mind-body healing. My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and deeply spiritual—offering both grounded practices and expansive insight to help you reconnect with your True Self.
I work with individuals who are ready to go beyond surviving and want to live with more clarity, confidence, and inner freedom. I offer 1:1 therapy and coaching, as well as IFS-based workshops and trainings for professionals. My IFS Daily Parts Journal, available on Amazon, helps people begin or deepen their personal IFS practice, and I was honored to present on parts journaling at the 2024 IFS Conference.
