Therapy Sessions Amy Chen Practice Description
Change can be daunting, but starting therapy doesn’t need to be! When you reach out, here are the next steps: In our free, no-obligation 15-min telephone consult, I'll ask you to tell me a little about yourself and what you're hoping for from therapy, and explain a bit more about my practice, the therapeutic process, and answer any questions you have. If it feels good to schedule a first session, we'll schedule a video intake session. In this first session, I'll get to know you a bit better and set goals for our work together, and also see how it felt for you in this session.
