As a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist, I believe that psychotherapy can be more than just talking about thoughts and feelings, it can actually do something to better manage them. The work we can do together will focus on helping you develop healthier, more helpful ways of coping while also digging deep to resolve the issues that are troubling you. I practice root cause psychology, which means getting to the bottom of what is actually going on. We will help you re-establish regulation, so that each day doesn't feel like such a struggle. I employ a mind-body approach to healing because they are interconnected and wellness should be integrative and holistic. I firmly believe that all healing is possible, that everyone is capable of overcoming their past, living better in the present, and reaching their full potential for the future.
