I work with individuals 10 years old +. My passion is working with individuals whose occupation demands high levels of performance. Though I primarily work with athletes and other individuals in highly distressing occupations, I see all clients who may be struggling with depression, perfectionism, life transitions, panic and anxiety, and identity development. I have specific experience providing team consultations, pre- season evaluations, and counseling for student athletes on D1 teams, professional athletes, and individuals whose occupation requires high-levels of performance. Some athlete populations I have worked with include track, cross country, pole vault, swimming, diving, tennis, cheer squads, gymnastics, and dance. Additionally, I have provided training about athletes and was a professor for a performance psychology class at Brigham Young University.
