I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. I cultivate therapeutic relationships with my clients in order to promote their personal growth and development. My approach to treatment is integrative and incorporates humanistic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral approaches. I collaborate with my patients to help them set goals and achieve optimal recovery.
As an expert in eating disorder treatment, I enjoy helping children, adolescents, and adults find positive relationships with their bodies and nutrition, and improve thier self.-esteem. I completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship at Children's Hospital Colorado Eating Disorder Program, and currently serve as the director of an intensive outpatient program at an adult eating disorder treatment facility.
Although eating disorder treatment is an area of specialization, I have expertise in a range of psychological disorders with individuals of all ages. I enjoy working with people suffering from depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Integrating my clinical experiences and collaborating with my patients enables me to promote health, wellness, and recovery.
I earned my Psy.D. at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, IL. I completed an APA accredited Predoctoral Internship at AspenPointe in Colorado Springs, CO, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Children's Colorado Eating Disorder Program.
