Clients that seek me are ready to access their inner workings and get to a level of self-understanding that will be life changing and transformative. Most clients are spiritual or express an interest in learning how to balance out their chakras which is where we begin our journey of clearing any generational trauma, inner-child work, and any emotions being trapped and expressed as physical pain. I’m an Intuitive Life Coach combining Reiki and Sound Healing in client sessions. I am able to connect to client energy in a safely held container allowing them to release any heavy stresses and empower them to understand it, giving tools for self-guided treatments in the future. My goal is to be the last therapist they need to see. Having been a PTSD Trauma Survivor, an Indigo Child, an Empathic, Highly Sensitive and Emotional being, I understand what feels like having the weight of the world press down on you. I enjoy connecting and teaching the tools that I know and efficiently share and teach them with you so that you can live your best life!
