Approach Description: I support clients who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, stress, and athletes, families of athletes, or those transitioning out of athletics. I utilize a combination of techniques and methods based on your unique needs and goals. My first priority is to support you, and to create a warm empathic space, where you can share and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Education: I am a registered psychotherapist with a Hons. B.A. in Social Psychology and an M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I am trained in Gottman L. 1, CPT for C-PTSD as well. I have special interests in the gut-brain axis and the HPA axis, and clinical experience in psychiatric and private practice settings.

- Affordable sliding scale therapy: apply if you may be eligible.
- I understand how important affordable therapy is, and so I make this available to a number of individuals based on need and on a limited-time basis.
- Accepts Insurance
- I do not do direct billing, I email invoices for clients to submit to their insurance provider and/or their own documentation via the Jane App.

My areas of interest are self-awareness and growth, anxiety, people-pleasing habits, depression, and how diet impacts mood. I am also trained in treating trauma and in the Gottman method (L.1) for couples and relationships. As someone who values athleticism and sport, I look forward to helping you achieve your healthiest self. I have experience working with athletes or those supporting athletes (spouse, parent, child of athlete). I also have a special interest in the gut-brain axis.
