I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. My approach is compassionate and empowering—I work collaboratively with you to uncover patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back. Together, we’ll identify these cycles and develop tools to help you break free from them, build healthier ways of thinking, and create lasting change. My goal is to help you strengthen self-awareness, increase emotional resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

- Behavioral Therapy Uses learning techniques like reinforcement and practice to change unwanted behaviors. It is often applied to phobias, anxiety, and habits.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) Focuses on strengthening emotional bonds in couples or families. It helps people identify negative cycles and create more secure connections.
- Gottman Method Couples Therapy Based on decades of research, this method gives couples tools to improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen intimacy.
- Imago Relationship Therapy Helps couples understand how childhood experiences influence adult relationships. It teaches communication techniques to deepen connection.
- Integrative Therapy Combines techniques from multiple approaches into a customized plan. It adapts to each client’s unique situation and needs.

- Psychosocial Therapy Looks at how social and environmental factors affect psychological health. It emphasizes relationships, community, and resilience.

Many people reach a point where they feel “stuck”—whether it’s coping with anxiety, managing stress, working through depression, navigating relationship challenges, or adjusting to major life changes. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore what’s holding you back and begin to move forward with clarity and confidence.
I take a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that considers all aspects of your life—your cultural identity, values, relationships, and personal experiences. My work often integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, allowing me to tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals.
Whether I’m working with adults, adolescents, or couples, I focus on helping you improve emotional awareness, communication skills, and self-esteem while building practical coping strategies. Together, we’ll work to reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen relationships, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself and your patterns. My aim is to support you in developing the confidence and insight needed to create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
