I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I provide individualized therapeutic services to youth and adults. I am loyal, dedicated, caring, compassionate and personable. I have navigated many of the issues you probably have as well and feel comfortable and confident supporting you through them. In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, and discuss confidentiality, and other guidelines I want to make sure you are aware of as a client. Then we will dive into your needs and how I can support you with them.

Treatment Approach
- Brainspotting A therapy that uses eye positions to access and process unresolved trauma. It helps release emotional and physical pain held in the body.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Psychodynamic Therapy Explores unconscious thoughts and patterns that influence current behavior. It builds insight into how the past impacts the present.
- Psychoeducational Therapy Provides education and coping tools about mental health conditions. It empowers clients with knowledge and practical skills.
Approach Description: I seek to provide a secure attachment with my clients. Many of you have attachment wounds from childhood. I will have an attuned presence, and help you connect to your emotional parts, among using other supportive interventions. I explore what challenging experiences from your past are impacting your present. We discuss how they have led you to have certain maladaptive thoughts and behaviors. We heal them via techniques such as Brainspotting. And I will provide you with any helpful explanations for psychological concepts and methods.
