Kelly Baez
Licensed Professional Counselor, PhD, LPC
Online counseling is ideal for so many reasons: flexibility, convenience, privacy (no need to worry about running into people you know in the waiting room)! I work with adults only by video. I specialize in trauma recovery, offering EMDR Intensives exclusively in an online format. These focused sessions are designed to help you process and heal from trauma efficiently, with 3- or 6-hour options available. Whether you're navigating attachment wounds, traumatic grief, or past experiences, I’m here to guide you toward relief and clarity in a supportive, virtual space.
Please note, online counseling is not a good fit for people who are or who might become a threat to themselves or others. If you feel like this might be the case for you, I urge you to find an in-person provider and call 911 if you're in crisis.

Molly Halbrooks
Counselor/Therapist, LMFT
Good therapy is a partnership between you and your therapist. If you're ready to finally figure out why you've been struggling and do something about it, then you bring the expertise on your own life, experiences, and needs, and I'll bring evidence-based training, clinical experience, and a safe space to hold your hardest moments. I have deep respect for the individuals I work with, and am consistently amazed by the level of vulnerability, insight, and growth they are able to achieve when we work together in this way. You are a unique individual with unique life experiences and I meet you right where you are and work with you to determine how to move forward as your healthiest, most fulfilled self.
Most clients find virtual therapy to be the same or better than in person therapy. Virtual sessions allow you to easily work around your job commitments or childcare, and by eliminating the commute it is easier to find the time to have sessions. You have the convenience of working with a fully licensed, highly trained therapist in your home or office, and by using secure video chatting you are still able to maintain confidentiality and the visual experience of being in person.
After the initial assessment, if virtual therapy is not the right fit for you, we will help you find an in-person option.

Lisa Cleary
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck in their thoughts, or disconnected from themselves and the people they care about. You may look like you’re holding everything together on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, exhausted, or unsure of what you actually need.
I help adults work through anxiety, trauma, and relationship stress in a way that goes deeper than just coping skills. Together, we’ll slow things down, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and build a stronger sense of clarity and self-trust. I often integrate approaches like CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and parts work (IFS) to help you not just manage symptoms, but truly heal.
Clients often tell me they feel more confident in setting healthy boundaries, have a stronger sense of self-worth, and are better able to navigate difficult emotions without shutting down or becoming overwhelmed.
If you're ready for therapy that feels both supportive and meaningful, I’d be honored to work with you.
