I work especially with Italian women living abroad who often feel emotionally exhausted from years of adapting between languages, cultures and different versions of themselves.
Many of the women I support feel as though they are living between worlds, functioning outwardly while inwardly feeling disconnected from their own rhythm, body or sense of belonging.
I offer a space that gently reconnects emotional healing with slowness, authenticity, self-awareness and the regulating intelligence of nature. My approach is psychologically grounded rather than dogmatic, helping women reconnect with a deeper sense of themselves beyond constant performance, adaptation and external expectations.
