Hi all,
I’m Dr. Dina Hijazi, PhD, CSAT. My clinical work focuses on the holistic treatment of relationships—with both self and others. This includes supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, intimacy disorders, trauma, and addiction, always with a focus on emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Get results without going to the office!
Access all our dynamic services (Individual Therapy for adults, Holistic and integrative Psychiatry, Life Optimization, and Performance & Creativity Enhancement) – to go!
Telemedicine (video-based) allows for online counseling and services from the convenience of your home, office, or hotel (as long as it is in a state where we are licensed).
This method of care can help you feel at ease in settings better matched to your personality, schedule, and lifestyle. We have provided online therapy options since 2017 - before the pandemic enabled it as a mainstream service - and are therefore well-versed in both helping you feel comfortable and see desired results through this digital session option.
Telemedicine is a great option for the following reasons:
* You want a specialized expert
* It is convenient for your schedule and lifestyle
* You or your child suddenly feel sick so now you can’t make it to your in-office appointment
* You live in a rural community with limited access to mental health providers
* You want to maintain your regular session schedule when traveling
We can talk through online video calls (accessible from laptops, phones, or tablets) to work on your goals from nearly anywhere!

Terri DiMatteo
Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor
Something brought you here today. Maybe you already know exactly what it is — the discovery that shattered everything, the slow drift that turned your partner into a stranger, or the exhausting realization that the relationship you've been trying so hard to save may actually be harming you. Or maybe you just know that something is deeply wrong and you can't quite name it yet.
Whatever it is, you don't have to keep carrying it alone.

Sumer Statler Aeed
Psychologist, Licensed Psychologist
Telehealth psychology support for life adjustments, trauma, relationships, and body issues. With technology, you can experience all the benefits of in-person therapy in the comfort and privacy of your own home and have continuity of care when you travel. It can be especially helpful to those who find it challenging to travel to an office for appointments due to location, work, children at home, lifestyle, or other practical or personal reasons. You may be located abroad or be a professional who travels, telehealth allows you to get the support and resources and meet you where your life is at.
While there are multiple ways that counseling can take place online, I work primarily with face-to-face video conferencing via Zoom and, on occasion, telephone sessions.
I always hold my sessions in a quiet and confidential space, giving you the same confidentiality & professionalism that you experience within an office setting.
Most, if not all, of my clients, find virtual sessions to be highly effective and convenient. They allow for the comfort and safety of therapy in your own space, and no travel time is often less vulnerable than needing to go to an office. Research of multiple studies finds that online therapy is equally effective as in-person for most cases. That being said I always advocate for what works best for each individual and it is wonderful to have choices to find your best path whichever that may be.
If you are not tech-savvy or anxious about using technology, I'll make it as seamless as possible. I have chosen a platform that is easy to use, and I am happy to assist you with any questions or concerns.
A common concern I hear from clients regarding online therapy is finding a quiet and/or confidential space when you’re homebound with children, and/or family members or roommates. Please plan this out in advance so you have quiet and privacy during your session.
Since it is so convenient many times people forget to allow themselves a few minutes to "switch hats" and allow themselves a few breaths and get settled into being present and in the head/body space for your session.
Headphones or AirPods can often make audio clearer or provide more privacy, but are not necessary.
Given that video sessions can be conducted on your smartphone, clients have found it helpful to go to a park, connect from wherever you may be, and/or walk around your neighborhood. Get creative and support yourself. Find a private space that allows you to receive support no matter where you are.
You are welcome to have pets join your space if you find that comforting and supporting, and you may see my fellow feline/canine therapists join in one of our sessions on my end.

Libby Shaw
Counselor/Therapist, LPC, ATR-BC, LPAT, ACS
Online therapy allows people to select a therapist based on their specialty, and the ability to meet their unique needs, and not simply their location. Being licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, I am able to work with people in both of those states hoping to address specifically anxiety/stress, trauma, parenting, and relationship stress. With online counseling we are able to navigate around your work and family life to make sure that scheduling sessions is not "one more thing" that causes you stress!

Janet LeMoal
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, CASAC (NYS)
For queer people, people of color, and women, these are frightening times. Are you feeling angry or overwhelmed by the ongoing efforts to roll back our human rights? This kind of stress can fuel negative self-talk, depression, anxiety, and increased substance use. I won’t dismiss your worries. I’m here for the hard conversations.
I believe in person-centered therapy. My approach is diverse, eclectic, and sometimes irreverent—but always collaborative.
