Michele Robison, PhD

Psychologist, PhD
Telehealth psychotherapy can be both convenient and effective. I work with adults of all ages. Although I work with teenagers, I believe that in most cases, it is best for teenagers to be seen in person. I treat anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, OCD, grief and trauma. I also provide EMDR treatment. EMDR has been shown to be just as effective via Telehealth as it is in person.

Online therapy with me is collaborative, attuned, and grounded in understanding your process in real time. I tend to slow things down and track patterns across thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships, helping you make sense of what’s happening rather than just pushing toward quick fixes. I balance validation with gentle challenge, integrating evidence-based skills when useful while staying connected to the deeper emotional experience underneath. Sessions are paced to you, but with a steady focus on helping you build awareness, increase flexibility in how you respond, and make meaningful, sustainable changes outside of session.

Most people don’t seek therapy because life is easy—they seek it because something shifted, and now everything feels harder than it used to. If that’s where you are, you’re not alone. I offer a compassionate, culturally attuned space where you can slow down, breathe, and make sense of what you’re going through. I work with individuals of all ages experiencing trauma, anxiety, and substance use concerns. What inspires me most are the moments when clients feel understood, when their inner strengths surface, or when things finally start to make sense. My style is grounded, honest, and curious, and I show up with the calm steadiness that helps people feel safe exploring difficult emotions. Additionally, my task-trained therapy dog is available to join our sessions, offering a soothing, comforting presence for the work ahead. If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with compassion and help you reconnect with your strength, I’d love to support you.

Telehealth EMDR therapy is done through a video platform made for EMDR. In our work together, you’ll find a steady, compassionate space where your internal world can be understood rather than judged. Using approaches like EMDR, DBR, and parts-oriented therapy, I help you gently reconnect with the pieces of yourself that are asking for attention, clarity, and relief. Healing becomes possible when you no longer have to navigate it in isolation—and when your story is met with curiosity, respect, and genuine care.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW
Justin Williams is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to helping individuals across the lifespan build emotional wellness, resilience, and meaningful change. Based in Salt Lake City, Justin provides virtual therapy to clients throughout Utah and New Jersey, offering accessible, convenient care. Many clients begin therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by racing thoughts, weighed down by hopelessness, and unsure how to move forward. Justin partners closely with his clients to clarify concerns, examine unhelpful thoughts and beliefs about themselves, and regain a sense of confidence and direction. Justin integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to help clients recognize and challenge judgments about themselves, others, and the world around them. Many of the individuals he works with experience intense stress, anxiety, depression, and persistent self-doubt that interferes with daily life. Through therapy, Justin supports clients in identifying their strengths, rebuilding self-worth, and moving ahead with a more balanced and hopeful perspective. Creating a safe, supportive space is central to Justin’s work, allowing clients to explore anxiety and depression without judgment. With experience serving individuals from diverse backgrounds, his approach is both trauma-informed and culturally responsive. Justin understands that each client’s experiences are unique and believes their care should reflect individualized, thoughtful solutions rather than a one-size-fits-all model. Justin understands that many clients feel constrained by the direction their lives have taken. He is committed to helping them gain clarity and a greater sense of freedom through professional support. In addition to the convenience of telehealth, he provides a flexible schedule with evening and weekend appointments to better accommodate his clients’ needs.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, EMT
As a helper and caregiver, you’re used to being the expert, the fixer, and the emotional anchor for everyone else. But carrying that weight comes with a specific kind of exhaustion. Maybe you are dealing with burnout that "self-care" can’t fix, or perhaps you’re realizing that the very drive that made you successful is now making it impossible to turn your brain off. You don’t need someone to just nod and ask how that makes you feel. You need a therapist who understands the nuances of professional burnout, the burden of leadership, and the complexity of maintaining a high-functioning public persona while feeling depleted behind the scenes. My approach is direct and no-nonsense. We aren't going to spend weeks circling the drain; we’re going to identify the patterns that are stalling you and get to work. I provide a confidential, intellectually rigorous space where you can stop performing and start processing.
