By understanding their roots, you can begin to reconnect with your authentic self and your body’s wisdom. My approach is warm, collaborative and honest. We’ll process experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges, supporting meaningful, lasting change. I pull from Adlerian Therapy, Internal Family Systems, EMDR and somatic approaches to understand my client’s world.
