I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor serving Surrey, Cloverdale, Langley, South Surrey and White Rock. I also offer online services for remote clients. I work with children, teens and adults using Expressive Arts Therapy, which is gentle but powerful and effective. My services are somatic based and body-centric - I work with the Expressive Arts, Somatic Experiencing and Focusing Oriented Art Therapy – as an alternative to therapy predominantly focused on talking or verbal expression. I'm here to help you if you are invested in making a difference in your life through striving for personal growth and releasing old patterns of behavior that no longer serve you. To give you an idea of what its like to work with me - I possess a natural curiosity about my clients and focus on uncovering human limitations, through personal awareness and insight. I am a sensitive soul, considerate of your comfort level, and don’t push too far, when its not welcome. You don't need any artistic experience or ability to create "good" art to do this work.
