While we can make sense logically that we are mortal beings and that a loved one has died, emotionally, the absence of our loved one may be intensely difficult for us to grappled with, accept and wrap our mind around. I am here to assist you to navigate losses and grief you might be experiencing. The aim in grief therapy is not to get over it, but to remake your relationship with the lost loved one and sense of self, as you gently process the meaning of the loss. Giving yourself time to grieve, being gentle with yourself and feeling supported during a time of loss is fundamental. You are not alone. I am here to support you through this.
