London, England therapist: Anna Dafna, psychologist
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Anna Dafna

Psychologist, MEd, BEd, QTS, GMBPsS, ADHD & Executive Function Coach Accred, Leadership, Somatic & Polyvagal Cert
I’m an ADHD and executive function coach, mentor and psychologist (GMBPsS) working with neurodivergent adults, professionals and students who want to understand how their mind and nervous system actually work. My approach goes beyond surface-level productivity strategies. We work with the whole system - brain, body and identity - so you can develop clarity, emotional steadiness and sustainable ways of operating. Many people with ADHD know they are intelligent and capable, yet everyday life can feel harder than it should. Together we translate your natural thinking style into practical structure, stronger self-trust and consistent progress. My work integrates executive function coaching, nervous-system awareness and identity development so change happens from the inside out, not just through temporary motivation. Many of my clients are ambitious, fast-thinking individuals - founders, professionals, leaders and students - navigating high expectations while managing ADHD. Alongside my coaching practice, I consult with corporates, educational institutions and organisations globally on neurodiversity awareness, inclusion and how to effectively support neurodivergent talent. Mandy Randall-Gavin MBACP, UKATA

Counsellor/Therapist, BA Hons, Dip TA Prac: UKATA
Life can feel hard. I’m dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I often incorporate mindfulness techniques to support clients through challenging situations including grief, loss, abandonment, relationship issues, as well as anxiety and depression. If you're feeling stuck for any reason, I can offer a safe, holding space to listen to you and work with you to gently challenge how you think, feel and behave. I'll work at your pace and may use mindfulness or creative interventions to aid our work together, as well as grounding techniques to turn down any overwhelm or white noise. I also do 2-chair work to help with ways of communicating, as well as processing loss and bereavement.

Chelmsford, England therapist: Peter Dutton, registered psychotherapist
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Peter Dutton

Registered Psychotherapist, Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Sports Performance Psychologist. Registered BACP Member
I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Sports Performance Psychologist, and High Performance coach, working with individuals who want to perform, lead, and live at a higher level while protecting their wellbeing. My work spans high-performing environments, including professional athletes performing at the highest level, CEOs, Founders, MDs, and individuals navigating pressure, transition, and identity challenges. I support clients to strengthen focus, confidence, emotional regulation, and decision-making, particularly in moments where performance, responsibility, and personal life intersect. Alongside performance work, I have a strong background in working with couples, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, deepen emotional connection, and navigate conflict more effectively. I believe strong relationships are a foundation for both personal wellbeing and professional performance. I have extensive experience supporting adolescents, adults, and couples with anxiety, stress, overthinking, panic, addiction, low confidence, relationship difficulties, loss, and major life transitions. This dual perspective allows me to work not just on surface performance, but on the underlying psychological patterns that sustain long-term success and resilience.

Glasgow, Scotland therapist: Heather Macfarlane, registered psychotherapist
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Heather Macfarlane

Registered Psychotherapist, Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist
I decided on this profession as having had therapy myself I know that it can make such a difference and I'm passionate about helping others fulfill their potential and not be held back in life by issues that can be dealt with. It can help to have someone impartial to talk to who can help you through difficult times and give you some space to deal with whatever is causing your distress. This is where I can help. I believe people seek therapy because they want to make a change in their lives. This can be scary, but I hope to be able to offer a supportive, calm, safe environment for you to explore your issues and work towards the best solution for you. I have worked with people on a wide variety of issues including OCD, phobias, tokophobia (fear of pregnancy and childbirth) general anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, relationships and weight issues. I am an Accredited Member of COSCA, the professional body for counsellors in Scotland and am fully insured by the Psychologists Protection Society.

London, England therapist: Kamran Bedi, therapist
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Kamran Bedi

Therapist, Advanced Anxiety/PTSD treatment and Confidence building. Fast results. IEMT/EMDR, NLP, Hypnotherapy.
**Available to start sessions. - I offer therapy sessions that help people overcome anxiety, low mood, depression, fears/phobias, agoraphobia, PTSD, anxious attachment, sexual abuse, fear of flying, relationship challenges, insomnia, health anxiety, career conflict/crisis, social anxiety, public speaking - to name but a few areas that I am heavily experienced in working with. All of the people that I work with achieve results where they feel free from the mental and emotional weight of their personal challenges. This is because the therapy sessions utilise EMDR/IEMT - Eye movement therapy which rapidly helps release feelings of fear, panic, anxiety, feeling on edge, anger, guilt, shame, regret and more. It is excellent for helping people overcome negative memories and past experiences. Once the release work is complete, the sessions then focus on building up tools, skills, methods and techniques that help a person have more positive influence over their mind and to change and improve any behavioural patterns that need addressing. This combination of firstly release work, then secondly 'rebuilding' is the process that has changed and improved the lives of every person who has had sessions with me. This has been developed from my many years of experience of working with people from all walks of life with a variety of different personal challenges. It is not so much the methods used, but more so my approach and experience that leaves me fully confident that I can and will help you get life changing results. I offer two ways of working; Following a single 90 minute session for a full consultation and some eye movement therapy, I can then advise how to work and the number of sessions required moving forward as every person is different - Option 1). A course of sessions over 6-10 weeks, once or twice a week with space to measure progress. Option 2). Sessions three or four times a week (Tue-Fri,) for a much more rapid and accelerated change and transformation, followed by a weeks break to process the work and have follow up sessions where required. Both options are subject to schedule availability. Additional therapy sessions and areas covered include; 'navigating through divorce', 'career development', 'anxious attachment', 'insomnia', 'relationships' and 'feeling comfortable with your identity'. I am experienced working with men, women, non-binary individuals adults and teenagers. Should you be interested in trying this approach of working and if you ant things to get better for you in your life, please contact me consider a commitment to six or ten sessions. There is also a short explainer video on my page that will give you more information on how I can help you and various podcast episodes on my show, The Think & Grow Podcast that will give you further insights into my approach.
