I am a trauma-informed, somatic, intuitive therapist supporting women, individuals, and couples - who are seeking deeper, root-cause healing for emotional, relational, and spiritual concerns. I often work with highly sensitive, empathic, intuitive, or neurodivergent clients, including mothers, caregivers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals in helping roles, demanding careers, or leadership positions. Many of my clients are navigating life transitions, spiritual exploration, or periods of personal transformation. My approach integrates somatic work, compassionate and empowering talk therapy, nervous system healing, inner child work, energy healing, and more, to help you move beyond symptom relief toward greater inner safety, self-trust, and authenticity, and mind-body-spirit health and wellbeing.
