- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Adlerian Therapy Focuses on understanding a person’s sense of belonging and purpose. It helps people overcome feelings of inferiority and create healthier relationships.

Our multidisciplinary clinic brings together a team of dedicated professionals, including Registered Psychotherapists (RP), Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) (RPQ), Social Workers, Naturopathic Doctor and Psychological Associates. By working collaboratively, our team provides compassionate and evidence-based care tailored to each individual.
We offer therapy for individuals (including children), couples and families. Assessments and diagnoses for adults is also offered by our Psychologists.
