Amy Sheffield Practice Description
My practice offers a warm, welcoming and comfortable environment. At the first appointment we will explore the barriers that have prevented you from living your best life. Together we will determine how to overcome these environmental stressors, symptoms, or ineffective coping strategies that have been impeding your success, health and happiness. I strive for you to leave that initial appointment with renewed hope, a plan for change and strategies of how to start this process. Every session we will review how these strategies are working and collaboratively continue to make adjustments until your therapy goals are achieved. I help you reach these objectives by using 17 years experience and specialized training in depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma and addiction utilizing CBT, DBT, ART and EMDR interventions. Please review my website and contact me today to determine if my practice is a great fit for you.
