Approach Description: I work with individuals and couples, mostly using evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapeutic (CBT) approaches and EMDR. I don't believe one size fits all and draw upon other models for an effective integrated approach. A big part of my style is creating and maintaining a safe, collaborative and compassionate relationship for effective change to happen.
