Approach Description: In narrative therapy, you learn what is the self-defeating story that you have that contributes to the struggles in your career and relationships. Then, you rework that story and build a new one that instead helps you feel more authentic and aligned with yourself. In play therapy (for adults), I challenge you to get out of your comfort zone and be okay with not judging yourself. We make mistakes and actually play! (i.e. draw, build legos, etc.) as a way to help you feel less stressed and anxious.
