My therapeutic approach is based on developing genuine connection with my clients. I strive to create a space that is empathetic and free of judgment in order for individuals to feel at ease sharing their stories. As someone with an anxious brain myself, I have always been passionate about understanding the complexities of the mind and how this interacts with mental health. I chose to become a therapist to continue that passion, but also in the hopes of helping others navigate the peaks and valleys of their own lives. The resilience and strength I see from my amazing clients inspires me and I feel privileged to be able to support them through their unique journeys.
