Hello, my name is Michelle. I am a registered psychotherapist who draws from a variety of different approaches. I am a mother of 4 children. I love to read, go hiking, meet new people, and traveling. I appreciate the steps that you are taking towards change and growth. I personally understand what it is like to come from a place of needing and asking for help. This awareness helps me to empathize and create a place for you to share your unique experiences. I would love the opportunity to provide a safe space for you to do so. It would to be an honor for me to help you re-write new chapters in your story. I provide a 15 minute free consultation in which you can determine if I am the right fit for you.
