I am a (culturally competent), Licensed Marriage Family Therapists (LMFT), Nationally Certified Professional Mediator (NCPM), Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselors-CA (LAADC-CA), Masters Level Registered Addiction Specialists ( M-RAS), licensed in California, Colorado and Texas. I have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, teens, individuals, couples, and families from culturally diverse populations on a wide range of issues and concerns. It is my belief that once an individual understands the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, they will then be able to modify or change their pattern(s) of thinking to cope with stressors in a positive manner. While everyone is unique. I've found that clients typically start making measurable progress after our first four sessions together. My goal is to ensure that every client has the tools they need to be their best, and to reach a point where they no longer need mental health services. I strive to create a comfortable environment where you feel safe to be your true self. I'm here as trusted partner that you can confide in, but also as someone who will challenge you and help you grow. At this time, I only provide services virtually through a secure telehealth system.
