I am a Licensed clinician, with background experience in working with a wide variety of individuals, all struggling with different life obstacles, unresolved issues, and barriers that are preventing them from living their best life. I have experience in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, substance dependence, PTSD, grief, trauma, relationship issues, marital issues, self esteem issues, parenting issues etc. I view the therapeutic process as a collaborative one; one where I walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and healing. I offer a supportive, compassionate and non-judgmental atmosphere, providing you with a safe space to openly work on and address the barriers that are causing you distress, pain, and suffering. I use various therapeutic techniques and interventions that are specifically tailored to meet the individual needs of each of my clients.
