Debbie Allen, A Safe Place To Share
Therapist, Betrayal Trauma Therapist & Coach, Sex & Porn Addiction Therapist & Coach. Visit my website 👇
Something in you has gone quiet. You’re not sharing how you feel with those close to you, and you’re tired of feeling stuck. You are reliable, capable, successful, the one who keeps everything moving, but lately, even the smallest decision feels heavier than they should. Conversation replay. Moments get revisited, sometimes as intrusive thoughts or images arrive without warning. Anger and hurt can surface quickly, and you can begin to spiral. Should you stay or should you go? Sometimes the relationship has already ended. Years may have passed. Yet somehow you don’t feel free from what happened. This kind of indecision or inability to move forward, can be a nervous system still searching for safety, using the only tool it knows…….more information. Betrayal can change everything, but it doesn’t have to define your future. If you’re struggling with betrayal trauma, infidelity, sex addiction, porn addiction, or the painful aftermath of sexual betrayal, you’re not alone. I provide compassionate, confidential online support for individuals and couples navigating betrayal, compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, and relationship recovery. Together, we can work toward understanding the patterns beneath the pain, rebuilding trust and self-worth, creating healthy boundaries, and finding a path forward. Whether you’re healing from your partner’s betrayal or seeking freedom from behaviors that are hurting you and your relationship, change is possible and you don’t have to face it alone. Have a life better than you have ever known.

Alignment Psychotherapy, PLLC
Psychologist, LP, PhD
Pain often shows up when there’s a gap between who we are right now and who we hope to become. This disconnect can be shaped by internal challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, physical health issues, or unresolved trauma, as well as external pressures such as difficult relationships, job demands, or broader systems of inequality and injustice. All of these factors can make it harder to recognize what truly matters to us and take steps in that direction. As therapists, our aim is to support your mental well-being, help you reconnect with your values, and empower you to build a life that feels more fulfilling, purposeful, and aligned with who you want to be.

Dr. Cierra Listermann
Psychologist, Ph.D., HSP-P
If you're here, you've probably been carrying more than anyone realizes. Trauma has a way of changing how we see ourselves, other people, and the world around us. It can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, constantly on guard, or wondering why moving forward feels so difficult, even when you've been trying your best.
My goal is to provide a space where you don't have to explain away your reactions or convince someone that what you've been through matters. Together, we'll work to understand how your experiences have shaped the beliefs you carry today and help you begin building a life that feels guided by your values instead of your trauma.
I specialize in treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), complex trauma (C-PTSD), and other trauma-related concerns using evidence-based approaches, with Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) serving as the foundation of my work. Therapy with me is collaborative, personalized, and tailored to your unique experiences because I believe your story is uniquely your own—and your therapy should be too.
One of the ways I support deeper, more meaningful work is by exclusively offering 90-minute extended therapy sessions rather than the traditional 50-minute model. Trauma recovery often benefits from having enough time to slow down, explore the experiences and beliefs keeping you stuck, and practice new ways of thinking without feeling rushed by the clock. Extended sessions provide the space to process difficult topics more thoroughly, develop practical skills, and leave feeling grounded instead of stopping just as important work is unfolding.
For clients who are ready to make focused progress in a shorter period of time, I also offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) intensives. Rather than meeting once a week over several months, CPT intensives provide multiple therapy sessions each week using the same evidence-based CPT protocol in a more concentrated format. This approach can help maintain therapeutic momentum, reduce the time spent waiting between sessions, and allow you to stay engaged in the recovery process while continuing to apply what you're learning in your daily life. Intensives are thoughtfully personalized to your needs and are ideal for individuals who want to prioritize their healing, have scheduling flexibility, or prefer a more immersive treatment experience.
Whether you choose ongoing extended therapy or a CPT intensive, my goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged with compassion, and supported every step of the way. Healing doesn't mean forgetting what happened. It means helping your past have less influence over your present so you can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and freedom.

Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness
Psychologist, PhD, JD
At the Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness, we believe everyone can benefit from therapy. From the time we’re young, we’re taught how to take care of our physical health and our bodies, but we’re not generally taught how to manage our thoughts and emotions so we can take care of our mental wellbeing. Many people never seek psychological help, and others may only seek it when they are experiencing a crisis. We aim to change this. We believe that investing in your psychological health is essential to overall wellbeing, no matter your life circumstances. Life is challenging, and everyone can use support. We believe in providing care across the spectrum of psychological health, and in fostering mental and emotional wellbeing in addition to treating mental illness. We believe strongly in providing only evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies: therapy that has proven to be effective through copious research studies. We also employ only doctoral-level clinicians who are highly trained experts in providing these evidence-based services.
