Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve already done work and want to go deeper. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space to sort through what feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to name. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and trauma-informed care, but always tailored to what you need most. I work with adults carrying the weight of childhood neglect or trauma, as well as those navigating stress in parenting, relationships, or work. Along the way, we focus on building clarity, connection, and trust so change feels possible—and lasting. I also provide consultation and supervision for licensed therapists and offer parenting consultations. My practice is 100% telehealth, making therapy more flexible and accessible across Washington State and Psychpact states throughout the United States.

When you crave a fulfilling relationship but find yourself feeling burned out, disappointed by your dating experiences, or anxious about your current relationship, you may feel hopeless about your romantic future. You may start to question yourself and think, Am I ever going to figure this out? Will I ever be satisfied with my love life? What am I doing wrong? When you long to feel secure but often find yourself filled with self-doubt and feeling “not good enough”, it can be draining and isolating. You are sick of feeling stuck and deep down, you know there has to be a better way, but you’re just not sure what it is. I specialize in helping women struggling with dating and relationship challenges, low self-worth, and/or anxiety to tap into their strengths and thrive. An important component of our work together is supporting you in building tools to improve your relationship with yourself so that you can feel confident about dating and the future of your relationships. I'm currently offering virtual sessions. If you would like to learn more about how I can help you, call or email me to book a free phone consultation.

Hatboro, Pennsylvania therapist: Ashlyn Parks, licensed professional counselor
Existential / Humanistic Therapy

Ashlyn Parks

Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC., MT-BC.
As a therapist, one of my main goals in my work is to provide a supportive, consistent, and non-judgemental environment for anyone I see. A space where you can have your deepest fears, secrets, or insecurities witnessed. I will never claim to be an expert on your life or decisions. I can be a guide, someone to accompany you on your own journey, or an empathetic ear. Sometimes saying something for the first time can feel insurmountable. Once it has been spoken aloud, it loses much of it's power. Our shame grows in the darkness and thrives in silence.

Online therapy doesn’t have to feel distant or impersonal. In fact, my clients often tell me our virtual sessions feel just as warm, authentic, and deeply connected as if we were sitting in the same room. I specialize in helping healthcare providers, executives, and high-achieving professionals who feel burned out, stuck, or quietly overwhelmed—especially folks who’ve been so busy taking care of everyone else they’ve lost touch with themselves. My approach combines evidence-based behavioral science, genuine empathy, and practical strategies designed specifically for your unique challenges and goals. Whether you’re at home, in your office, or somewhere in between, our work together will help you step out of survival mode, reconnect with your values, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Orlando, Florida therapist: Dr. Kimberlyann Marsden, psychologist

Dr. Kimberlyann Marsden

My therapy practice has been completely online for over three years. I have found the technology enables clients to be able to engage in sessions from the comfort of their own home or location of their choosing. I do all of the same dynamic practices in sessions online, whether that be teaching breathwork, visualization or embodiment movement techniques. I use the chat function to give the client links for resources or other recommendations. The platform I use is Simple Practice which has an app that can be used on mobile devices as well as a desktop version. It provides a secure, HIPAA compliant videochat platform which is very easy to use. I am an out of network therapist so clients pay me directly and then I provide a superbill which can be used to obtain insurance reimbursement if you are eligible for it based on your policy. I also provide clients a service called Reimbursify where they can submit a request to find out how much their insurance will cover and it can also be used to submit claims directly to your insurance company. If you have any issues with the insurance company Reimbursify can assist in getting information. Contact me via email or phone for a free 15 minute consultation.

In a world that moves quickly and often demands more than we feel we can give, mental health is not a luxury—it's a necessity. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can offer a path forward. I’m glad you’re here. As a licensed mental health therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Everyone’s journey is unique, and so is the way we approach healing. Here’s what I offer in my practice: 1. Individual Therapy I work one-on-one with adults and adolescents who are looking for support with: Anxiety and stress management Depression and mood disorders Trauma and PTSD Life transitions and identity issues Self-esteem and personal growth Our sessions are client-centered and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care, tailoring my approach to what works best for you. 2. Couples & Relationship Counseling Relationships can be both fulfilling and challenging. I offer therapy for couples seeking to: Improve communication Rebuild trust Navigate conflict Strengthen emotional connection Whether you're in a long-term relationship, navigating new dynamics, or working through a separation, I help partners develop healthier patterns and a deeper understanding of each other. Culturally Sensitive, Inclusive Care I honor the diversity of every client I work with. My practice is inclusive and affirming of all identities—cultural, racial, sexual, and gender. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Teletherapy Options I offer secure virtual sessions for clients who prefer or require remote access. Teletherapy is a flexible, convenient option for those with busy schedules, mobility challenges, or who live outside the area. Why Therapy? Why Now? You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. Sometimes, just having a space to talk, reflect, and grow can make all the difference. Healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself—it’s about understanding yourself better and learning to live more fully and authentically.

When you're living your life just a little bit differently from other people, it can feel like the world just wasn't made for you - and it sucks. Whether it's how or who you love, how your brain works, the way you seem to worry about absolutely everything, or the decisions you make about what you want your life to look like, it can feel super isolating and discouraging to not feel seen and understood by those around you. When I work with clients, that is my main goal - to help them feel seen, understood, and accepted for who they are. Sure, we will work on your anxiety, I'll give you new techniques to try and different ways to think about the world around you, and we'll explore practical advice for things like workplace stress, relationship issues, and family drama, but I also want to help you like YOU more than you ever have before. It might sound cliche (in fact, I know it does), but developing the ability to back yourself, accept your emotions without judgement, and make decisions that feel truly right to you can make all the difference in the world. AND with online therapy, we can do all of this from the comfort of your own home - no traffic, finding a parking spot, or worrying about being on time! I work with clients virtually throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Starting therapy can be anxiety-provoking at times, which is why I offer free consultations to all prospective clients. You can book a free 20 minute phone call directly on my website, and I'll reach out to you right away to confirm. We can chat about what you're looking for support with AND make sure everything feels like a good fit before scheduling an intake. I can't wait to connect with you!
