Online couples therapy with me isn't a watered-down version of the real thing. The approach I use, PACT, relies on watching how partners respond to each other in the moment: a shift in posture, a look away, a change in tone. Video captures that well. Many couples find it easier to settle in from their own living room, and it removes the drive, the babysitter scramble, and the waitlist. If you're in Iowa, Illinois, or Tennessee, we can start from wherever you are.

Hi! I'm Becca (She/Her), and I’m a trauma-informed, relationship-centered therapist in Nashville who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, attachment wounds, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy supporting clients who are working through the impact of difficult or painful relationship experiences, rebuilding trust, and reconnecting with themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, affirming, and individualized. I believe therapy should be a space where you can feel understood, supported, and free to be your authentic self. I draw from approaches including EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic therapies, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, heal from past experiences, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. Since the pandemic shook our world and the experience of how we connect with others, I have been practicing remotely. I have found that teletherapy has been as effective as meeting in person in terms of relationship building, creating a safe space, and communicating openly, honestly, and directly. For many clients with busy lives, online therapy reduces the obstacles of travel, traffic, and parking, and provides a simple way of managing billing/payment.

Relational Insight offers individual, couples, and family therapy for clients struggling with a variety of issues and those looking for personal growth and insight. Video sessions should be covered the same by your insurance as in-person visits. Research supports the effectiveness of virtual psychotherapy, and many have found undergoing treatment within their home space allows both increased convenience as well as an easier transfer of skills out of the therapy session and into real life. We have found there are a few ways to increase effectiveness and connectedness of the therapeutic relationship including a ensuring a strong internet connection with closed browsers and reduced distractions, positioning the camera so your therapist can view your body language, closing the self-view so you are not distracted by your own image, and alerting your therapist to any barriers to the therapeutic bond.

Psychologist, PsyD, HSPP
Hello, I'm Dr. Ruth Viehoff, and it's a pleasure to virtually meet you. I specialize in working with anxious overachievers, perfectionists, and adults with ADHD. My clients are often worriers and people who struggle to meet their own exacting standards, even though to an outsider's view, they may appear to have it all together. Often my clients are so concerned and caring towards others, but can struggle to care for themselves and advocate for their own needs. In therapy, we work to introduce self-compassion and shift personal standards that may get in the way of enjoying your life. While I'm physically located in Indianapolis, IN, the majority of my clients see me virtually. Whether you live in Indiana, New York, Massachusetts, or a participating Psypact state, I'd love to connect with you and help you to live a more authentic, embodied, and joyful life. Something in you has gone quiet. You’re not sharing how you feel with those close to you, and you’re tired of feeling stuck. You are reliable, capable, successful, the one who keeps everything moving, but lately, even the smallest decision feels heavier than they should. Conversation replay. Moments get revisited, sometimes as intrusive thoughts or images arrive without warning. Anger and hurt can surface quickly, and you can begin to spiral. Should you stay or should you go? Sometimes the relationship has already ended. Years may have passed. Yet somehow you don’t feel free from what happened. This kind of indecision or inability to move forward, can be a nervous system still searching for safety, using the only tool it knows…….more information. Betrayal can change everything, but it doesn’t have to define your future. If you’re struggling with betrayal trauma, infidelity, sex addiction, porn addiction, or the painful aftermath of sexual betrayal, you’re not alone. I provide compassionate, confidential online support for individuals and couples navigating betrayal, compulsive sexual behaviors, pornography addiction, and relationship recovery. Together, we can work toward understanding the patterns beneath the pain, rebuilding trust and self-worth, creating healthy boundaries, and finding a path forward. Whether you’re healing from your partner’s betrayal or seeking freedom from behaviors that are hurting you and your relationship, change is possible and you don’t have to face it alone. Have a life better than you have ever known.

No commute, waiting rooms, or fluorescent lights. We meet virtually - whether you're curled up on your couch, parked in your car between meetings, or in your favorite oversized hoodie hiding from the world. Therapy for anxiety and trauma should fit into your real life, not the other way around. Each 50-minute session is focused and collaborative. I draw from ACT, IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy to help you look beneath the overthinking, self-doubt, and “just push through it” mode. This is a space to slow down, get clear, and start responding to life from a place of intention - not pressure.
