Move Toward Healing and Growth Are you ready to move forward and create real change in your life? Therapy offers the space to heal, gain insight, and build the confidence to live more fully. Together, we’ll work to release the pain and patterns that have kept you stuck, so you can develop a stronger, happier, and more grounded version of yourself. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming—especially when old wounds continue to echo in the present. Unresolved childhood experiences can show up as anxiety, depression, addiction, or struggles in relationships. When your emotional or physical needs weren’t met early on, it can leave lasting imprints of fear, shame, or powerlessness. I deeply understand how this feels. My own journey of healing and professional training have given me both empathy and the tools to guide others through their own process of recovery and growth. You don’t have to carry the past alone. Together, we can help you reconnect with your strength, release old pain, and step into the life you were meant to live.

Carrie Marchant LMFT

Marriage and Family Therapist, LMFT
I have worked primarily with youth and their families for well over 20 years, helping them learn emotion control, effective communication skills, and conflict resolution, and how to deal with other problematic issues as a criminologist. Families oftentimes find themselves needing more help than ever when dealing with youth who are in their turbulent teenage years. My specialty has been with youth of all ages, but especially teens, and their families. My real goal as a therapist is to help bring peace and hope to families who have experienced trauma and feel hopeless. My interest in becoming a therapist was peaked because I had a tremendously positive experience with teachers, counselors, and others in the people-helping industry who made a vast difference in my life as an adolescent. I also had an incredibly therapeutic experience that impacted who I am today. I understand it takes courage to open your wounds and share your trauma with a stranger. I am a therapist with whom you will feel safe and comfortable because I am empathetic, compassionate, warm, and nonjudgmental.

Like many of you, the pandemic profoundly impacted the way I live and work. I moved my practice completely online in the face of COVID restrictions and have not returned to in person work. I was impressed with the way that online therapy offered clients many more options for their work with me and I found clients able to keep up with their sessions consistently and reliably with more connection options open to them. Via safe and secure telehealth sessions, I offer parent consultation for kiddos under 10, online therapy with older kids, teens and families and individual therapy for adults, specializing in trauma and trauma focused therapies.
