Maybe you've spent a lot of your life trying to hold everything together. You care deeply about the people around you, sometimes putting their needs before your own. You may find yourself striving to get things "right," putting pressure on yourself to be everything everyone needs, or wondering why it feels so hard to simply relax and be yourself. And sometimes, it can be difficult to explain why you feel the way you do. Therapy can be a place where you don't have to have all the answers. A place where you can slow down, feel genuinely heard, and begin to make sense of the patterns you've been carrying.
Client Focus
Session Format: Individual sessions.
Age Specialty: Adult, Teen, Young Adult

Treatment Approach
- Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) Helps people accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while committing to actions that reflect their values. It blends mindfulness with practical behavior strategies.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) One of the most widely used approaches, CBT helps people identify unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier patterns. It is effective for anxiety, depression, and many other concerns.
- Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) Builds skills in self-kindness and compassion toward others. It is especially helpful for people who struggle with shame or self-criticism.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Combines CBT with mindfulness to help regulate emotions, tolerate stress, and build stronger relationships. Originally designed for borderline personality disorder, it’s now used more broadly.
- Person-Centered Therapy (Rogerian) Emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and authenticity. It provides a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
- Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) Focuses on solutions and future goals rather than past problems. It is practical, short-term, and goal-driven.
Approach Description: My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I'll meet you with curiosity and compassion, creating a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and when the moment calls for it, share a little humour along the way.
